VuePix Screens for Inglis Riverside Stables

Inglis’ Riverside Stables complex in Warwick Farm is a world-class horse auction facility, accompanied by the five Star William Inglis Hotel. The newly developed $140m precinct features more than 800 stables, extensive parade space for horses, 5 star hotel with 144 rooms, state-of-the-art conferencing facilities and all-day dining, leisure and retail complex with over 1000 parking spots.

The VuePix team was approached by The P.A. People to deliver LED Video displays for the new Inglis conferencing facilities and sales arena.

Three VuePix QE series screens were installed on the main stage of the arena. Two larger screens (each 4.5m wide and 2.5m high) were positioned next to the entrances of the parade ring on each side, with an additional 2.5m wide and 1.5m high screen installed in the middle of the ring above the speaker’s desk.

With the fine pixel pitch of 2.6mm, slimline design and lightweight aluminium frame, the installation of the new VeuPix screens was quick and seamless. Featuring high brightness LEDs, the QE series deliver a great visual performance under any light conditions.

The newly installed VuePix LED Video system is used during the biggest Australian horse sales events, including The Australian Easter Yearling Sale, the flagship event on the Inglis calendar, attracting the finest young thoroughbreds in the Southern Hemisphere as well as buyers from all over Australia and throughout the world.

William Inglis & Son Ltd have played a vital role in Australian racing history, with many of the nation’s finest thoroughbreds passing through Inglis sale rings. Champions of all shapes and sizes, not to mention countless Derby, Oaks and Melbourne Cup winners have all been offered through Inglis including the likes of Heroic, Amounis, Flight, Hallmark, Evening Peal and Wenona Girl right through to more modern day stars such as Naturalism, Schillaci, Fairy King Prawn, Takeover Target, She Will Reign, Jameka, Chautauqua and of course, the great Black Caviar.
