Sennheiser launches evolution wireless G4

Sennheiser has launched their new evolution wireless G4 mic range in style in both Sydney and Melbourne, with events at Melbourne’s Paris Cat on May 21 and Sydney’s Zenith Theatre (conveniently located in the same building as Sennheiser HQ) on May 24. Product expert Eric Reese was flown in from the US to introduce the new range and features, backed up with the imminently retiring and eminently irreplaceable James Waldron. Gun sound tech Anatole Day was on-hand to mix the band and answer questions about G4 from the assembled audio pros.

The affordable, reliable, and professional G series has been given some great new upgrades, including higher powered transmitters, better frequency sync workflow, more kit options and, to the relief of installers, smaller power supplies that play nice on power boards!

The Sennheiser team are in Auckland’s Oak Room on Wednesday 30 May to run the show again with musical guests in the form of the duo that won recording time from Sennheiser’s NZ Music month competition last year. Sennheiser are proud to be running the same competition this year, again in support of NZ Music Month.
