The position is for our Australian office based in Rosebery, Sydney, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager and Rental Operations Manager the overall objective is to supervise and manage the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations of Riedel Australia to ensure a profitable rental and sales business. Your Responsibilities: •Manage and maintain inventory and storage area •Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy through barcoding and use of inventory management software •Ensure that the equipment and services are delivered in full working order as per the customer’s and rental departments orders •Participation in continuous development of the organisation through continuous improvement and implementation of work processes for the warehouse •Programming of two-way radios and assist with frequency management •Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems •Active participation in special projects. Your Profile: •Completed relevant vocational education •Proven warehouse supervisory experience •Knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes and practices, including software packages and MS Office proficiency •Hands-on commitment to getting the job done with the ability to follow procedures and have an eye for detail •Strong organisational and time management skills •Team player that fits the personality and basic setting of an international, medium-sized company •Full Australian driving licence •Fork lift Licence (training can be given).
