The P.A. People – new role
Freelance, 2-days per week, Rhodes office (Sydney)
Varied role within Marketing & Development – Graphic design, PR assistance, website maintenance & SEO tasks, social media content & management, online & email campaign development & outcome.
This role reports to Head of Marketing/Development.
Demonstrated experience is required in the following:
Design: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro. Experience developing collateral and graphics for print and digital media.
PR/assistance: sector media contact, interviewing individuals from the business to develop press releases and articles for general release.
Website Admin: Use of Joomla CMS. Ability to update content and suggest enhancements. General maintenance and backups. Creation of website graphics as required. Ability to edit HTLM & CSS.
Social Media Management: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google + and YouTube social media accounts. Development of social media calendar and creation of engaging posts. Familiar with automation tools such as Buffer & Hootsuite. Reporting and analysis.
Email Marketing: Proficient with tools such as Campaign Monitor. Database management and segmentation. Ability to create email campaigns end to end from template design, list management and reporting and analysis. Development of quarterly newsletters and general email campaigns.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Implementation of best practice on page optimisation and backlinking campaigns. Experience using Google search console and other optimisation tools.
Paid Search & Display Campaign Management: Ability to deliver paid search campaigns utilising Google Ads and Facebook. Ideally Google Ads certified with experience in search, display and remarketing campaigns. Ability to create Google Ads campaigns end to end from key word research, targeting, configuration, Ad creation, landing page development, tracking & reporting.
Experience developing Facebook campaigns from ad creation, landing page development, targeting, optimisation and reporting.
Reporting: Website performance reporting utilising Google Analytics. Familiar with best practices and preferably Google Analytics certified. Ideally experience with Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking. Consolidated performance reporting across PR campaigns, social media, email campaigns and search & display campaigns.
