DQ Sales Representative (NSW)
Design Quintessence is an integral part of the entertainment industry that specialises in providing design services, staging, entertainment rigging and cases for audio/visual equipment, to a wide range of customers spanning production companies, venues and event organisers alike.
We are looking at expanding our NSW Sales Team and are seeking an experienced and motivated industry candidate with sound industry product knowledge.
This applicant must possess the following qualities:
– Be driven to achieve sales activity, quoting and meet sales goals
– Maintaining a high level of service and a strong desire to liaise and build relationships with both established and new customers
– Great interactive skills and take pride in showcasing and promoting DQ products and design service.
– Be able to understand clients needs and be a problem solver
– Sense of humour
– Knowledge of rigging, staging, events planning and production
– Experience in Account Management and the ability to provide pipeline activity and account reviews
– Navigating day-to-day client and team challenges exhibiting sound business judgment, active listening, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve shared goals
