LED Screens Sales Representative – QLD

Within our Proactive Sales Department, an exciting and diverse position has become available for an experienced LED Screens Sales Representative for immediate start.

You will be responsible for:

• Actively participating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly targets
• Dynamic and interactive product presentations to consultants and clients
• Meeting annual sales targets and budgets
• Maintaining and servicing our existing customer database
• Proactively developing new business relationships
• Identifying up-sell opportunities, issuing quotes and negotiating prices
• Customer technical training
• Active participation in trade shows, corporate events, showcase seminars etc.
• Post-sale customer interaction and support
• Providing proactive feedback to the sales team

Our Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in visual technology related sector
• Understanding of LED Screens & Associated technologies
• Display initiative and technical ability to quickly understand and learn new product technologies
• Driven towards new business generating activities
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Service & Installation Technician – QLD

Within our Service Department, an exciting and diverse position has become available for a multi-skilled Service & Installation Technician for immediate start.

You will be responsible for:

• Operation, service and repair of moving lights, architectural lighting fixtures & commercial LED screens
• Trouble shooting and identifying faults with the products and determining quickly the best course of action
• Liaising with trade customers to organise faulty product repairs and returns
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure up-to-date knowledge on changing product portfolio and technologies
• Providing over the phone troubleshooting advice and resolutions
• Effectively administrating records for the service departments
• Ensuring timely and accurate repairs

Our Key Requirements:

• Functional & practical experience in the operation of general electronics
• Experience within a dynamic service and repair-oriented department
• Possess trade cards & certifications relevant to the industry e.g. White card, test & tag, working at heights, scissor lift operation, boom, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving capability

Sales Coordinator – QLD

Within our Proactive Sales Department, an exciting and diverse position has become available for an experienced Sales Coordinator for immediate start.

You will be responsible for:

• Actively participating in a team driven sales environment
• Provide backend support to the sales team and liaise between internal departments
• Preparation of tender and quote submissions
• Providing outstanding phone and e-commerce based customer interaction
• Administration of project management software
• Maintaining and updating all sales interactions in the ERP and CRM systems
• Post-sale customer interaction and customer support
• Providing proactive feedback to the sales team
• General adhoc duties – expenses, presentation & document collation, etc.

Within our creative Marketing Department, an exciting and diverse position has become available for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator for immediate start.

You will be responsible for:

• Working together with our Marketing team to execute marketing activities
• Creation, administration and maintenance of content on company websites (WordPress)
• Content creation and coordination of the company Social Media platforms
• Designing EDMs and online marketing campaigns
• Creative writing – press releases, case studies, copy writing, etc.
• Producing print marketing collateral such as corporate brochures, sales flyer, etc.
• Website content optimization – SEO & SEM
• CRM administration
• Work on special projects when required

Our Key Requirements:

• Be driven and passionate about creative designs and digital media
• Creative thinking, experience in taking creative briefs and communicating your vision/concept
