ULA Group Appointed LiteConsole Distributor For Australia & New Zealand

ULA Group has just announced a new partnership with LiteConsole, an industry leader in performance platform DJ booths.

“We are delighted to announce our collaboration with Nick McGechin and his team and become an exclusive LiteConsole distributor for Australia and New Zealand”, says Con Biviano, Managing Director of ULA Group. “LiteConsole is a great fit to our brand portfolio, their super sleek products are unique and so versatile, they perfectly suit to many of the markets we work with. We look forward to be working closely with Nick and his team, offering this ‘winner for todays market’ to our existing and new customers.”

The LiteConsole has been on the market for over 7 years, producing the lightweight, innovative, modular, easy-to-assemble systems for stage performances. The original inspiration came as a result of DJ legend Paul Oakenfold’s approaching dance music industry colleague Nick McGeachin to create a special performance platform for his support slots on Madonna’s ‘Sticky & Sweet’ tour. Together they developed a one-off portable DJ booth for the tours and then, following enquires from mobile Djs looking for similar systems, introduced the LiteConsoles to the industry.

The LiteConsoles have been described by DJ Mag as the “all singing, all dancing behemoth of portable, quick install DJ booths”.

“The beauty of LiteConsole is that it can be whatever you want it to be,” explains Nick McGeachin, International Brand Director of LiteConsole. “Although it was first conceived as DJ podium, its scope of uses ranges far, far beyond that. LiteConsole can be used for TV and video/film recording projects, or as temporary retail outlets or sales promotion counters in shopping malls, airports, and other public areas, or indeed as information booths at exhibitions, for example – you really are only limited by your own imagination! The branding possibilities make each and every LiteConsole in the market so individual. LiteConsole has recently introduced a new design specifically aimed at the mobile market, and it has been getting huge reactions in Europe.”
