Certification is here!
We assess your existing skills and/or partial or similar qualifications via a process called either RPL (Recognised Prior Learning) or RCC (Recognised Current Competencies) or a combination of both.
Why do it?
You need your Skills recognized. You need a Nationally Recognised Qualification issued by a regsitered training organisation. And you want it without doing courses. But why?
Here’s some real world examples, things that have happened to industry people:
Imagine you are suddenly offered a job overseas. Your Visa will usually require you have a relevant qualification.
What if you decide to upgrade your employment and find yourself interviewed by a recruiter who simply wants to see a relevant qualification? They will not be interested in your CV, or your work history, or your references.
You need to demonstrate current competencies, you need to show that you are safety aware. Your work contracts may require that you are qualified. You might end up being passed over for work in favour of someone younger. Someone who already has a qualification.
Julius Events College can issue you a Certificate 3, Certificate Four, Diploma, or an Advanced Diploma in most cases without you needing to attend classes.
The qualifications are delivered by Assessment, and require a demonstrable level of industry experience.
The qualifications are available worldwide, but the process does require that you attend our college in Sydney on at least one occasions. We can tailor the visit to fit your trip itinerary.
