Audio Brands is expanding. We’re looking for a highly organised, customer focused service/office administrator to join the team.
We are a growing and busy audio import/distribution business located in Castle Hill and need a frontline person to primarily look after goods coming in for repair. The role includes documenting incoming service jobs, liaising with the technicians, spare parts inventory, keeping the customer up to date and overall ensuring a speedy and efficient service experience.
The role is primarily service administration but as part of a small office, the role will also include order entry, invoicing, accounts assistance, trade show and marketing preparation, as well as purchasing.
Whilst some knowledge of audio is highly desirable, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have above average Microsoft Office skills and a passion for customer service.
