We are seeking an exceptional CRM (Loyalty/Retention) Manager to join Guardian Australia’s Sydney office.
In this newly created position you will be responsible for supporting GNM’s relationship strategy and consumer revenue targets through understanding, engaging and nurturing Guardian Australia’s supporter/subscriber community. You will assist with the delivery of retention, customer loyalty and in-life strategy for all recurring revenue products.
Our ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of loyalty marketing, experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns for customer engagement and retention and knowledge of data privacy and marketing promotions regulations, the advertising and media landscape, new technology features and digital best practice. Experience managing CRM systems (e.g. Exact Target, Salesforce) and customer service is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a high attention to detail and a diplomatic nature. Strong time management, problem solving and organisation skills are essential.
