The Videoplus Group comprises of Videoplus and Showcorp. Two well established enterprises working independently and in concert in the Audio Visual Events and Staging industry, creating and staging some of the best shows around Australia and overseas.
Working in our Head Office in St Leonards Sydney, you will be responsible for providing a high quality of service through the production and delivery of high end events. Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to provide clients with the best possible experience is also critical to this role. This is a senior role that reports directly to the Events Manager as part of the Showcorp Events division, and provides a range of career experience and opportunity.
Key accountabilities include: - Profitability of projects - The management of projects from client brief through to de-brief - Ensuring quality and procedures are adhered to in production processes - Management and allocation of project costs - Provide technical advice when required - Compilation of various reports - Overseeing OH&S compliance
Successful applicants will possess the following attributes: - have strong working knowledge of AV technology - be experienced in the technical production of events - demonstrate strong leadership skills - enjoy working in a team environment - enjoy customer service - understand the importance of time management - sales experience - understanding of managerial accounting concepts
The successful candidates will have experience in a premium service delivery function, preferably in event management or audio visual. A mature approach, passion for building relationships and growing accounts, and a desire to exceed expectations is a must. A previous track record in sales / account management and / or project management will be highly regarded.
