This isn't just a warehouse and crewing role, the position involves liaising with the PM's on the equipment specified and advising of additions / alternatives that will help the shows run more smoothly and deliver the best results for our crew and clients.

If you have experience working within live events AV, have a good understanding of sound, lighting and projection, and want a more managerial role that offers more regular working hours and career opportunities this is for you!

The role involves:

  • Management of our technicians
    • Rostering
    • Training Plans
    • Development
  • Management of our logistic team
  • Inventory and factory management
  • The daily operations of our Sydney factory
  • Logistics and freight
